Reservation Terms and Conditions – Herencia

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the reservation process at Herencia. By making a reservation on our website, the user agrees to the conditions outlined here.

Important: Reservations at Herencia are free of charge and do not require advance payment. However, we reserve the right to modify or cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances.


2. Reservation Process

  • Reservations are made through our online booking system.

  • Users are required to provide their name, phone number, and email address.

  • Once the reservation request is submitted, the user will receive a confirmation email with the details.

  • If no confirmation is received, it is the user’s responsibility to contact us to verify the reservation status.

  • For group reservations (more than 6 people), an additional confirmation process may be required.


3. Reservation Confirmation and Modifications

  • Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability. Confirmation will be sent via email or text message.

  • Modifications: If the user needs to change the date, time, or number of guests, they must contact us in advance.

  • Delays: If the user arrives more than 15 minutes late, the table may be reassigned.

  • Final Confirmation: During peak hours, Herencia reserves the right to contact the user to reconfirm the reservation on the same day.


4. Cancellation Policy and No-Shows

  • Cancellations: If the user cannot attend, they must cancel their reservation at least 4 hours in advance.

  • No-Shows: If a user does not show up without prior notice, Herencia reserves the right to decline future reservations from that user.

  • Special Events: For key dates (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc.), additional cancellation and confirmation policies may apply.


5. Use of Personal Data

  • Information provided when making a reservation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Personal data (name, phone number, email) will only be used for reservation management and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  • Users may request the deletion of their information in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.


6. Responsibilities and Limitations

Herencia is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures in the reservation system, confirmation errors, or any issue arising from the use of the booking plugin.

  • Changes in availability due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., private events, temporary closures, operational issues).

  • Incorrect data provided by the user when making the reservation.

  • Cancellations or modifications due to force majeure (e.g., power outages, health emergencies, government restrictions, adverse weather events).

Table time limit:

  • During peak hours, the maximum table occupancy time may be limited to 90 minutes.

  • For large groups or special events, this time may be extended depending on availability.


7. Modifications to These Terms

Herencia reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately.
