Arepita (ah-reh-PEE-tah)
Mini version of the arepa — a traditional cornmeal cake, crispy outside and soft inside.

Cachapa / Cachapita (kah-CHAH-pah)
Sweet corn pancake, often folded with cheese and cream. A staple of Venezuelan comfort food.

Guasacaca (wah-sah-KAH-kah)
Venezuelan avocado-herb sauce. Creamy, tangy, fresh — the kind of green you’ll crave.

Patacón / Tostón (pah-tah-KON / tos-TON)
Twice-fried green plantain slices. Crispy, golden, and a perfect base for bold toppings.

Chicharrón (chee-chah-RON)
Crispy fried pork belly or pork rind — intense, savory, and addictive.

Nata (NAH-tah)
